My Pretty Princess Party wants to make the booking process as simple and convenient as possible. If at any time you have any questions please visit our Frequently Asked Questions or Contact Page to send us an email directly.
Step 1 : Review the characters we have available on our Character Pages: Princesses & Friends and/or Heroes & Princes. We do accept Character Requests! Contact Us for more details!
Step 2 : Decide if you would like the Princess(es), Prince(s), and/or Hero(es) at a Birthday/Special Party, a One-on-One Character Visit, or a Group Event. You could also have a Phone Call and/or Video Chat from the character!
Step 3 : Fill out our Pre-Party Questionnaire to give us the details of your party. We will then send you an email confirming the date and time you have requested for your event within one-week after you submit the form.
Step 4 : After My Pretty Princess Party has responded to your Pre-Party Questionnaire, pay your deposit. We will hold your date and time for 24 hours so you can pay your party deposit. Then My Pretty Princess Party will notify you via email that we have received your deposit and we are set to go!
Step 5 : On the day of the party, expect a message from the character’s party helper confirming they are on their way. Then you can get excited… you’re about to make someone’s Dreams Come True!
