When you pay your deposit to book a party or event, you are agreeing to provide a safe, clean environment for your party guests and for the Cast Members of My Pretty Princess Party. Please be advised that we assume no responsibility or liability resulting from accidents or damage caused during your party to your guests and/or your property or the property of the venue. Our Cast Members will attempt to ensure that your home (or venue) and guests are treated with care; however, liability will lie strictly with the Party Host (a.k.a the client). Liability will also lie with the Party Host for any damage caused to costumes and/or equipment by party guests or environmental factors at/by/during/because of the party. If the client opts to serve food or requests makeup application, face painting or other services, we advise the client to alert guests and their parents and/or guardians of these activities that may result in allergic reactions or irritations. We also advise clients to supervise all party activities and not leave children unattended. If the client requests the use of toys, jewelry and/or other items that may pose a choking hazard, it is advised that all children be supervised at all times by the Party Host. My Pretty Princess Party is not responsible or liable for any harm caused by the misuse of any item. The Cast Members of My Pretty Princess Party are there to entertain the guests, it is the responsibility of the Party Host, and/or guests’ parents to resolve behavioral problems or to care for children in the event of injury or illness.
Cast Member Safety at Your Party:
If the Cast Members of My Pretty Princess Party feel unsafe at your party for any reason, they will leave the premises immediately. No inappropriate behavior or language of any kind will be tolerated. An unsafe atmosphere violates the agreement and we are under no obligation to provide party or event services. Cast Members may also bring additional people with them as a safety precaution. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
When you pay your deposit to book a party or event, we are under contract to provide the agreed-upon entertainment services with your selected character(s), however, we cannot always guarantee particular performers. Our performers are very reliable and 99% of the time we are able to send out the particular performers we have shown you in our correspondence, however, please do be aware that sometimes certain circumstances arise. We only send out performers who are an excellent match for the role they are playing and we will never send someone to your party without your prior knowledge and approval, so you can still feel 100% confident in booking with us. Your party is important to us and will take priority over almost anything else, but if a performer gets sick or has a family emergency they may not be able to be the particular performer at your party. Please also keep in mind that our caliber of talent is much higher than other entertainment companies, and because of that, our performers are working actors who occasionally book professional acting work out of town. Some of our characters can also only be played by certain performers (due to height, dialect, and other restrictions) so if we get a party request for a character that can be played only by the performer who is booked on your party, it is possible we will need to schedule a different qualified performer on your event. While these types of circumstances are rare, if they do arise, we will always replace your performer with someone who is a great match for the role and make sure you are aware of the casting change in advance.
When you pay your deposit to book your party or event you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the company-client contract. This contract holds My Pretty Princess Party responsible for providing the agreed upon entertainment services with the agreed upon character(s) or your money back and also holds you responsible for paying the agreed upon amount at the time of services rendered. You agree that you understand the booking deposit is non-refundable should you cancel or need to reschedule to a time that we are not available. You also agree that you have read, understand and agree to abide by all guidelines and rules listed on this page, including but not limited to the “Liability,” “Cast Member Safety at Your Party,” “Performer Policy” and “Company-Client Contract” sections. If you do not agree to these terms, do not move forward with paying the booking deposit.

We are pleased to provide character entertainment for you and your guests; however, it is not our intention to violate copyright laws and our characters are based on public domain stories, folklore, and original content. Should you have the need for a licensed, copyrighted character at your party or event, we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for the specific character.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or from another direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to inform our performers of the party/event address.

We do not store any sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and handled through third party sites (such as PayPal and Venmo).
